IS BOOTCAMP FOR ME?
I’m not going to lie…Bootcamp will NOT be easy!
However, you determine how hard you work and you’re only competing against yourself.
For example, one ‘bootcamper’ may achieve 15 press ups during a 30 second set and another may complete 5 but as long as you give 100% and work as hard as you possibly can, you will definitely notice the the benefits and see the results!
We aim to make the exercise sessions fun with a variety of workouts that you will not be able to do in a gym. If you’re looking to lose some unwanted pounds or want to tone up for summer then Triumph Bootcamp is for you! Triumph Bootcamps are designed for men and women of all ages and abilities.
Want do I get at Triumph?
• You will get 60 minutes of outdoor, fat burning and fitness twice a week.
• You will lose inches as your body fat melts away and your muscles become toned and strong.
• You will also receive regular updates, healthy tips, recipies and motivational prompts throughout the week via email and Facebook.
